We thoroughly discuss the project at hand with our client from the beginning. We encourage the client to bring in any samples, colour combinations/swatches, and ideas they may have. During the design process, the client is asked to approve certain milestones before work continues. At the conclusion of a project, the client may request the artwork in various formats.

We present the project to the client at various stages and wait for approval before we continue work. We find that this process keeps the client involved and prevents any breakdowns in communication. In between these stage, the client is welcome to email, phone or call into the office to get an update.

The physical products that we create for you are delivered via courier, or they can be picked up from our office. Electronic projects are supplied to you on CD/DVD, USB, or via e-mail. We also keep multiple electronic copies of your project on file for later updates or should you lose your copy.

Copyright is yours upon receipt of final payment. We keep multiple backups of all the work we create for our clients for safekeeping, and you are welcome to collect your files for any reason, at any time.

The next step involves setting up the final design to a print-ready state, and submitting the file to the appropriate supplier, or direct to the client.

In the final stage of the design process, we archive all relevant project files to ensure that the client can use them again in the future.
