Last year I found myself in need of a graphic designer and I was referred to Brent Shaw of Flashpoint Design and Marketing. Brent had just set up business in Hamilton having moved from Tauranga.
Initially I offered him some one-off design work and because of the quality he produced, I then made a decision to put all my design work through him. I also requested that he arrange for my print requirements as well as I did not have the time to secure print quotes for his design work.
As a consequence of Brent’s excellent design skills, his ability to get work done on time and his commitment to me as a valued customer, he is my sole provider for all our design work, which over the past 12 months has been considerable. Furthermore, he is responsible for securing quotes for printing and then arranging for the print work to be undertaken.
Another development that has taken place recently is in relation to the website; Brent is now managing the information being posted on the website and the changes that need to be made.
At all times I have found Brent to be totally reliable. He engages with me with regard to best options for design and cost and keeps me fully briefed on work in progress. Furthermore, he meets deadlines, which at times are tight.
I am really delighted with the service Flashpoint provides.
